360° virtual tours for builders: walk clients through the job like Google Street View

The best marketing a builder has is a finished job. EstiMate now lets clients walk through it from anywhere.

How it works

• Take 360° photos on site — an Insta360, Ricoh Theta or any 360 camera app works; one photo per room or area
• Upload them to the job in EstiMate and name each scene: Kitchen, Master bedroom, Garden room
• EstiMate builds a Google-Street-View-style walkthrough — drag to look around, tap between rooms
• Share one link: the client, the developer, or your next prospect walks the job on any phone

Where it earns its keep

• Handover: give every client a virtual tour of their finished project — it gets shared with friends and family, and that''s referrals
• Progress: capture a 360 each fortnight and remote clients or developers see the site without a site visit
• Winning work: nothing sells your standard of finish like letting a prospect walk a completed job
• Records: a full 360 capture before plastering is the ultimate "what''s behind that wall" record

360° capture is step one of EstiMate''s site-intelligence roadmap — measurement and 3D models from walkthrough capture are where this is heading.

Add a tour to your next handover.
