From a Builder's Spreadsheet to BIM World Copenhagen — EstiMate Takes the Stand, 16–17 September

Two years ago, EstiMate was a spreadsheet a bricklayer built at ten o'clock at night.

The quoting software on the market was designed for quantity surveyor departments and cost consultants — not for the person standing in a customer's kitchen with a tape measure and a van outside. So the job that should have taken ten minutes to price took the whole evening, and the work often went to whoever answered first, not whoever priced it best.

This September, that spreadsheet is on a stand at BIM World Copenhagen.

The Event

BIM World Copenhagen 2026 takes place on 16–17 September at K.B. Hallen, Copenhagen — two days that bring more than 2,500 people from across the Nordic and European built environment together: developers, asset owners, architects, engineers, contractors, and the technology companies trying to make their lives easier. Digital twins, AI, automation and data-driven decisions across the whole building lifecycle.

It is the room where European construction software gets evaluated at scale. And EstiMate has been invited to show what a quoting tool looks like when it is built by someone who has actually carried the materials up the ladder.

What We're Bringing

One message: the fastest accurate quote wins the job.

We will be demonstrating the thing EstiMate does that nothing else on the market does as simply — photograph a room, tap the job type, and hand the customer a properly priced, professionally branded PDF before you have pulled off the drive. Not three days later on a spreadsheet. The same day, from the van.

We will also be talking about the parts of quoting nobody enjoys but everyone loses money on: the variation that never got written down, the structural surprise under the floor, the retention that comes out twelve months late. EstiMate is built around those moments, because a builder lost money on every one of them before he wrote the software.

Come and Find Us

If you are building in construction tech, running a trades business, or specifying software for a contractor — and you can get to K.B. Hallen on 16 or 17 September — come and find the EstiMate stand. Bring your worst quoting horror story; we have almost certainly heard worse.

And if you cannot make Copenhagen, you can try the thing itself right now. PRO90 gives 35% off EstiMate Pro for three months — esti-mate.app.

Built by a builder. Designed for every builder. See you in Copenhagen.
