Is there really a free plan?
Yes — 3 jobs a month, material and labour breakdowns, watermarked PDFs and the calculators, with no time limit and no card.
What's the difference between EstiMate and EstiMate Pro?
EstiMate gives you unlimited jobs and the full quoting, contract, invoicing and accounts toolset. Pro adds the AI suite — quote writer, take-off, visualiser, quote memory — plus snagging, progress reports, 360° tours and the Construction Copilot that chases quotes and invoices for you.
Can I cancel?
Yes, monthly plans cancel any time from Settings and you keep access to the end of the period. Your data stays exportable.
Is VAT included?
Prices shown are what you pay; a VAT receipt is issued for every payment.
Do you charge per user?
Free, EstiMate and Pro are per business. Team seats and roles are on EstiMate Corp.
What is TenderPilot and how do I pay for it?
TenderPilot is our sister product for finding work: live UK public-sector and posted tenders, every council's planning register as local leads, and AI bid tools. Searching is free on any plan. Pro members add it for £29 a month; on its own it is £49.99 a month for one user or £149.99 a month for a team of 5; Commercial and Corp include it.
Does EstiMate do the accounts?
Yes. Client invoices, card payments, receipts, supplier invoices, fuel and bank statement import all land in one ledger, which gives you Business, Reports and Accounts — P&L, VAT return, CIS and aged debtors — on EstiMate and Pro.
What does handover include?
On Pro, snags are signed off by the client, the completion invoice and final account come from the same numbers, and the handover pack compiles certificates, documents, the site diary and warranties into one completion pack.
